Thank you for shopping with Gratti London. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, for any reason, without justification.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. underwear, earrings) are not returnable unless defective.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 grattilondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For other items, please return for a refund and place a new order.
